Tomasz Jaczyk (MSc, Eng)

Received MSc Degree in Computer Science from AGH University of Science and Technology in 2009, with an excellent grade. During his study he joined a AGH Signal Processing Group, and started working on speech recognition projects.

Tomasz is a software developer with 8 years of experience in software development, software architecture and project management. He worked in commercial and R&D companies, including ACC Cyfronet. He participated in several national and European research projects, especially from speech recognition, biometrics and bioinformatics field.

Now he is a PhD student and a co-author of almost 20 journal and conference papers, and one patent application. He is finishing his thesis: „Machine Learning Algorithms for Acoustic Models in Speech Recognition”. He is also a leader of „Audio-Visual Speech Processing for Polish” research project. His research are focused on speech recognition, computer vision and machine learning. He is also a student member of International Speech Processing Association.

Tomasz is one of co-founders of Techmo.
